From our palm plantation and purchase from palm farmers, the palm fruits are transported to our crushing mill. The process line starts from sterilization, shredding and pressing where the crude palm oil (CPO) is extracted to pass through a clarification process. The kernels are separated to the kernel press machines to extract another oil, crude palm kernel oil (CPKO). From the extraction, there are many by-products that utilized as fuel to generate the electrical power such as the palm fibers, shells. The kernel cake can be supplied to the feed mill and as organic fertilizer in the farm and plantation.
